All of our grazing tables are designed to serve up to 50 guests.  We encourage you to mix and match any of our displays to create your perfect spread!

Finest Fromage Cheese Display – Classic French & Belgian Artisan Cheese Display – This grazing table includes French Double Cream Brie, Triple Cream Brie, Gruyere, Aged Gouda, Danish Blue, Boursin, Chevre Goat Cheese, and a seasonal selection fresh fruit, raw honeycomb, Dijon mustard, candied seasonal nuts, cornichons, and Belgian chocolate, French baguettes and artisan bread.

Mediterranean Cheese Board – Spanish, Italian & Greek Artisan Cheese Display – This grazing table includes aged Manchego, taleggio, buffalo mozzarella caprese skewers, burrata & honey, marinated feta cheese, and a seasonal selection of fresh fruit, Castelvetrano olives, Kalamata olives, marinated peppers, hummus, toasted pistachios, focaccia bread, breadsticks, and grilled flat bread.

English & American Favorites – Artisan Cheese Display – This display includes, Red Dragon Welsh Cheddar, English Extra-Sharp White Cheddar, Maytag Blue Cheese, Pinconning Cheese, Humboldt Fog, and a seasonal selection of fresh fruit, hot honey, pepper jelly, Candied Walnuts, sourdough baguettes, and assorted crackers. $450

 

Whole Muscle Charcuterie – Charcuterie Display consisting of Prosciutto, Italian rosemary ham, spicy Coppa, spicy capicola, and a seasonal selection of fruit, pickled vegetables, whole grain mustard, Castelvetrano olives, blue cheese stuffed queen olives, spiced mixed nuts, sourdough baguettes, assorted crackers.

Aged Salami – Charcuterie Display consisting of Finocchionna, Sopressata, Genoa dry aged salami, and two seasonal salami's. Served with a seasonal selection of fruit, pickled vegetables, whole grain mustard, Castelvetrano olives, blue cheese stuffed queen olives, spiced mixed nuts, sourdough baguettes, assorted crackers.

Countryside Jars – Pork Rillette, house pickled vegetables, roasted red pepper tapenade, pickled red onion, sherry reduction.  Burrata Cheese, heirloom tomato bruschetta, basil pesto, aged balsamic vinegar.  Smoked Salmon Terrine, lemon tarragon cream cheese, capers, micro arugula.  Butter grilled Baguettes.

Crudité Display – A fresh display of carrots, celery, cucumbers, sweet peppers, asparagus, broccolini, broccoli, purple, orange or white cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, radish, seasonal sprouts, haricot verts, snap peas, Italian basil dip, ranch dressing, and roasted red pepper hummus.
